It was an eventful day on the farm. Had a snapping turtle lay her eggs near our second planting of later season tomatoes. We also forged for some beautiful Reishi mushrooms!
We will be at the Spa City Farmers Market tomorrow 10 to 2pm! Swing on by the Warming Hut, take in the beautiful atmosphere, and enjoy the good vibes.

Tomorrow is our first outdoor farmers' market of the year! We will be at the Spa City Farmers Market 10 to 2pm on the field near the warming hut! New field.- Same awesome farmers' market in the beautiful Saratoga State Park!
To kick off the first outdoor market, all of our canned goods will be a $1 off. Jams and Jellies will be $6 each.
The whole crew was out foraging today. Make sure to grab some ramps and fiddleheads while we have them! They are a very short season and won't last long.

Its gearing up to be an epic season! We start forging this week for ramps, fiddleheads, and mushrooms!

Good morning! Market is canceled for this weekend. CSA members- An email has been sent out. We will make up for the missed pick up.
Stay warm and safe!

Due to the inclement weather predicted —We have made the decision to cancel the market this Sunday (1/25) We hate to do it, but the safety of our patrons and vendors is always our first priority.
