If you bought Miss-Bee Haven honey and it is crystallizing, that is natural for RAW honey.
You can place the container in a hot water bath or wrap the container in a heating pad on medium for a few hrs, and it will reliquify.
A Microwave will get too hot and damage the beneficial enzymes, so avoid that please!
If your container is unopened, I will gladly replace it with a fresh bottle/jar.
