Back to school cleaning is essential. To support our young scholars, we will be providing back to school bedroom and dormitory cleanings, lasting 2 to 3 hours, which must be booked separately from routine cleanings. Let's create an environment conducive to success!!

Giving everyone the flexibility and luxury to contribute an amount best for you!

Patisserie – Week 3 (Part 3): Pancake Praise 🥞✨

Wrapped up the week with a classic—pancakes! I thought mine came out a little thin compared to what I expected… but Chef said I did an amazing job, so you know what? I’ll take the win! 😄

They were soft, golden, and had great flavor, so I’m proud of how they turned out. Sometimes you gotta trust the process and your taste buds 👩🏽‍🍳💛

Patisserie – Week 3 (Part 2): Biscuit Breakdown 🧈🍞

Next up from this week: biscuits! They were supposed to come out with nice, flaky layers… buuut I definitely overworked the dough 😅 So no layers—but let me tell you, they were still hearty, buttery, and SO good.

Every bake is a learning opportunity, and I’m taking notes (and saving this recipe) because I’ll definitely be making them again. Flaky layers, I’m coming for you next time 👩🏽‍🍳💪🏽

We kicked off Week 3 with these soft, fluffy blueberry muffins, and they did not disappoint. Bursting with fresh berries and just the right balance of sweet and buttery goodness—honestly, they might be my favorite bake so far 🥹💙

Patisserie – Week 2: Cookies, Brownies & Pure Joy 🍪🍫✨

This week was all about the classics—we baked up chocolate chip cookies and brownies and whew… they came out SO soft, rich, and ridiculously good 🤤 lordtttt 🤤

There’s something magical about making the simple stuff from scratch and nailing the texture and flavor. Every bite had me like “okay, yeah—I did that.”

Sweet tooth? Satisfied. Confidence? Growing. 👩🏽‍🍳💕
