✨Our Amazing Serving Team

Pictured here are Alexis and Gia, two of the smiling faces that help make Jax feel like home.

As many of you know, Alexis has been a wonderful part of our Jax family, but she’ll soon be moving on to her next adventure. Her last day with us will be August 9th.

If you’ve had the pleasure of being served by Alexis, be sure to stop in over the next week to wish her well and thank her for all of her hard work. We are so grateful for everything she’s brought to Jax, and while we’ll certainly miss her, we’re excited to see where life takes her next.

Hello everyone! This is Kara, the new owner of Jax Diner. 😊

I just wanted to clear up a couple of rumors. Jack is doing well, nothing happened to him. He was simply ready to retire after many years, and I’m grateful he entrusted me with continuing Jax.

Jack traditionally closed the diner during this week each year, and the staff had already planned their vacations around that schedule. When I took over, I wanted to honor those plans so everyone could enjoy their well deserved time off.

We will reopen on Tuesday, July 7!

Everything you know and love is staying the same, from the menu to the amazing staff. I couldn’t be happier to be on this journey with them.

I’d also like to thank everyone for all the kind things you’ve had to say about the diner and our staff. Reading your comments has meant so much to all of us, and we truly appreciate your support. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back on Tuesday!
