One of the things that makes C&C Eatery different is that many of our baked goods start with whole wheat berries, not bags of store-bought flour.

These wheat berries were milled fresh right in my kitchen to create flour for upcoming recipes.

Fresh-milled flour contains the entire grain, including the bran, germ, and endosperm.
