John "Appleseed" Wolfe opened a bakery in 1996 because he received so many requests for his baked goods through his church. Based on a family history in baking that goes back generations, John uses traditional methods taught by his grandmother to produce exceptional home-style apple dumplings and apple pies that are like none other. e a century old church structure into a community art center called Venue Of Merging Arts, or VOMA, in 2009. When he tried one of John's apple dumplings he knew other people would love them, and ordered two-hundred as part of a community fundraiser event in 2013. They were a hit and have been selling out every year since. In Nov of 2015, Adam decided to contract John and start Adam's Apple to help other area Non-Profit and Social Benefit Organizations raise money by selling apple dumplings as a fundraiser.
