David Porcher and Donna Baxter Porcher recently purchased the once-cherished location of L&D Candies. As Johnstown natives growing up in Hornerstown, their mission is to bring something positive to this area and create a community space for residents to come together, connect and engage in activities that will enhance the overall quality of life in the neighborhood and make new sweet memories for the community.

A popular family-owned candy store that has operated in the Hornerstown section of the city for more than five decades will close at the end of the month.

Come visit us this week at the Cambria County Fair in Ebensburg, PA!

We're located in the middle of Building 3.

This year we have over 20 different flavors of Homemade Cream and Butter Fudge! Flavors range from the traditional Chocolate and Peanut Butter to the very tasty Orange Creamsicle, Raspberry Cheesecake, Pumpkin Pie, and Elvis' Favorite. Don't forget about Snickers, Bubblegum, Cookie Dough, Almond Joy and Pumpkin Cheesecake to name a few.

Stop by our booth and we're sure you'll find at least one or two you like! We hope to see you there!
