Our hearts are hurting for our family member, Nadia Vallejo, after tragedy fell on her home a little over a week ago. Nadia’s fiancé, Nic Tice, and their two young children were struck by a truck while lawfully crossing a crosswalk in Loveland. Nic and their 5-year-old daughter suffered serious injuries and were hospitalized. Fortunately, their 3-year-old son was able to recover at home.
Nadia and Nic both attended Roosevelt High School and grew up in the Johnstown/Milliken community. As a family and as a community, we stand by Nic, Nadia, and their two beautiful children as they begin the long journey toward recovery.
