Due to the amazing support at my last two events, I do not have enough jam, jellies, salsas, syrups, bbq sauces, and pickles to bring to the Downtown Billings Harvest Fest! I need to spend an enormous amount of time in my kitchen making a whole lot more yummy S.T.U.F.F.! I will be taking a few weeks of time to do this as well as to harvest my gardens and tuck them away for the winter that is surely just around the corner! Christmas is coming and I will be bringing back my Christmas delights! My next shows will be in November! I look forward to seeing you at my booth! And...if you run out of your favorite stuff, I am happy to connect with you sooner! 😊

Wow! You gave me the best support! We sold out of almost everything and we even brought in additional S.T.U.F.F.! Thank you for all who came to my booth this past weekend at the Rescued and Reclaimed event! Thank you to my mom, Sandra Gerstner, for being my right hand woman! Thank you to my husband, Ryan Bailey, for bringing in more salsa. And we still ran out of the medium and hot ones! And thank you to April Hamrell, John, Joel, and Brenda for putting on an awesome event! And for Adam who shared his musical talents on Friday! And the food trucks and the people who help behind the scenes to make it a seamless show for us! 😊

Thank you to all who came to our booth and showed your support this past weekend at the Barnyard Bash! Special thank you to Nancy Barbula for being such an awesome assistant on Friday! I couldn't have done it witbout her. She is a rock star! 🤩 We will be at the Rescued and Reclaimed show this Friday and Saturday. We will be bringing all of our yummy S.T.U.F.F. including our newest flavor...Caramelized Garlic Pepper Jelly! So good! Come and see us! 😊

I approach the upcoming Thanksgiving season early...with gratitude to all of you! Thank you for coming to my booth in Joliet, Red Lodge, and Laurel and showing such awesome support this summer! I appreciate it so very much. ☺️ I will be at the Red Lodge Farmers' Market this upcoming Saturday from 9-12. UPDATE: IT'S A WINNER!!! After two showings, and lots of tastings, some said it needed a "little more garlic", some said "a little less garlic", and the majority of you said "it is just right". This is a jelly version of the three bears! 😁 I will make more and keep it coming. Thank you for giving me your feedback. And for supporting my efforts to make culinary delights!!!😋

Good morning, it is a beautiful day! I will be in Red Lodge tomorrow from 9-12 for the Red Lodge Farmers' Market. I made a new jelly...Caramelized Garlic Pepper Jelly. 🧄🌶🫑 Calling all pepper jelly connoisseurs to come and taste it for me.
