I’ve got young ones growing up, but my old trusties are doing well too! This rooster has lived in NV, Roberts and Joliet! He is SUPER sweet! I just love him! 🥰 But in about a month or so we will have a plethora of colorful eggs available for sale!

Say hello to Snip the Ninja, our new to this ranch garden cat! He has been ours since he was just about 6 weeks old (he is almost 2 years old now), but he was at my in-laws shop. The other cats ran him off and he was found down the road a bit. So my hubby picked him up and brought him to the ranch in Joliet. He is sticking around but loves to hiss at the other cats we have. Him and Bat Girl hung out with me most of the night finishing the garden as much as I could. Hopeful for rain this weekend! Bring it on! We need it!

What a crazy busy weekend! We started it off by celebrating Roy’s birthday on Friday (and the last day of school 🥳), then we had my nieces wedding on Saturday, set up and prepped the garden area Sunday, and sold plants today in Roberts (thank you Edwin and Ann for allowing me to set up in front of the Chuckwagon!) I still have lots of tomatoes, cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, and Brussels sprouts available so if you are in need of any please let me know!

A big thank you for those who have made the ultimate sacrifice to ensure our freedom so that we can do all these amazing things. We salute you.

Now we are headed to bed! Good night everyone! 😴
