Postpartum mom rejoined the herd today and she was READY!! Her triplets just won't leave her alone and now she has a little space to escape (if that's possible!).

Okay... I really need to stop! I am up to three squirrel pups and two rabbit kits (from two different litters) that I am rehabilitating. This sweet guy was screaming from inside the mouth of a huge rat snake, who had already swallowed its litter mates. The other rabbit kit was rescued from the mouth of our guardian dog, Salty, and the squirrels fell from the ceiling of the old trailer while it was being demolished. Their eyes were not yet open. Apparently we are more of an animal rehab center than a farm! 😂
