Our 3 oz glass bottles were delivered. That means it’s time to bottle up our fermented hot peppers sauces.
The red bottles contain fermented cayenne peppers, bell peppers and garlic. The orange bottles contain fermented hot banana peppers, bell peppers and garlic.

Fermented hot pepper sauce provides powerful digestive, nutritional, and anti-inflammatory benefits driven by the combination of live beneficial bacteria and capsaicin.
Key Health BenefitsGut Microbiome Support:
The lacto-fermentation process cultivates lactic acid bacteria that enrich your digestive system with beneficial probiotics, supporting a balanced and healthy gut flora.
Postbiotics and Bioavailability: live cultures are minimized or pasteurized, the breakdown process yields valuable postbiotics (like short-chain fatty acids) and increases the nutrient bioavailability of the peppers.
Anti-Inflammatory Action: Chili peppers contain capsaicin, a natural compound known to reduce inflammation, help ease pain perception, and support cardiovascular wellness.
Milder Acidity: Unlike fresh or vinegar-heavy hot sauces that rely on harsh added acids, fermented sauces get their tang from natural lactic acid, making them smoother on the palate and gentler for some digestive processes.

3 oz bottles available at Ruzycki Farms.

Wow,🤯 I can’t even start do describe the flavor these fermented hot sauces have. It’s fresh, vibrant and delicious. The first sauce is made with fermented cayenne peppers, bell peppers, garlic, salt and pepper with a splash of apple cider vinegar and white vinegar added to the salt water brine after fermenting.
The second sauce is made with fermented banana peppers, bell peppers, garlic, salt & pepper with apple cider vinegar and white vinegar added to the salt water brine after fermenting.
Both made using Ruzycki Farms grown peppers and garlic. These sauces will be available for purchase just as soon as the bottles arrive for bottling.

3 oz bottles coming soon.

Good morning, we are just one day away from another amazing Hatchlahoma event. Hatchlahoma in Minco, Oklahoma will be our third Hatch Chile Roast this season.
This is the roast you don’t want to miss out on.
We have teamed up with Jennifer Phillips, owner of Cackleberry Farms to put on this event in her hometown of Minco. Jennifer has been a vendor at our market and many others for years, bringing her famous cinnamon rolls and now, Hatch chile salsa.
She has done an amazing job at finding new vendors and coordinating Food Trucks, Live Music, a salsa contest, the local fire department and securing a location.
We will be at the Bill Johnson park in Minco this Friday from 2-7 pm and Saturday from 11-9 pm.

What you’ll miss out on if you don’t come:

🛻 Food Trucks
🎶 Live Music

Good morning, our Hatch chiles are loaded and on their way back to Oklahoma.
These ladies have put in the miles and the work to make sure we get the freshest chiles possible.

Why do we say we get the freshest chiles ?

We take pre orders before the trip is made, the order is placed the night before they are picked up and the chiles are harvested just hours before we arrive at the farm in Hatch.
From the time we get the chiles from Hatch to Oklahoma, they are less than 48 hrs off the plant.
Not from a warehouse, not in a box and definitely no middleman. These chiles come straight from the field to you.
We have taken 8 years of chile education from the Mew Mexico people, learning about the chile history and how to properly roast and respect them. Chile isn’t just food to them, it’s heritage, it’s culture, it’s tradition and their livelihood. I’ve spoken to some that have been growing and roasting chile their whole lives.

Help us honor these traditions and share the culture with you. Come enjoy roasted chiles and watch as I roast those amazing chile pods into a delicious ingredient for any meal.

This is going to be the best Hatchlahoma yet!

There’s going to Food trucks, live music, cinnamon rolls, cotton candy, lemonade, iced coffee, roasted chiles and more.

You know it’s ripe and ready to eat when all it takes is dragging the knife across the melon before it bursts open. Talk about satisfying. As soon as it was scored you could hear it separating and then POP! It split right down the middle on its own.
These sugar babies are fantastic. They are smaller which means faster growth and less waste. They are so sweet and full of real watermelon flavor. That makes finishing one of the sweet little melons easy so rewarding.
