Chops & co. offers a wonderful selection of pork cuts available for purchase in freezers. Custom cuts, roasters and processed at your preference freezer pigs are also available for order.

Our pure Michigan maple syrup has arrived! Lavender is a new experience for us, and a welcome surprise. It complements our sage breakfast sausage perfectly! Wild Black Raspberry has a fresh finish, a beautiful accompaniment to berries, ice cream or our Chops & Co. bacon. We will be here until 6:00 p.m. this evening, and from 9 a.m. to noon tomorrow with sampling set up.

Hello everyone, as you may have guessed from the updated logo on this page we've had some exciting things happening here at Rolling Meadows Farms. We are saying goodbye to RMF meats, and welcoming a new adventure with Chops & Co. Our new market will officially open on Thursday, June 13th. Chops will be featuring our very own high-quality pork, along with a few other products that are fruit from our farm land. Be sure to follow our new Chops & Co. page for updates as we add new products.
We appreciate all our amazing, pork loving, fans and as a thank you we are launching a flash sale starting tomorrow morning June 8th 9 a.m - 1 p.m. with Monday hours on June 10th 3 p.m. - 6 p.m.
-Our feature bundles come with a reusable tote which will earn you a 10% discount on future purchases. (Limited # of totes available)

Good morning friends. We apologize for not posting anything sooner, as things have been busy around Rolling Meadows Farms and RMF Meats. There have been some changes with RMF Meats, about 2 months ago the processor that we were using for the majority of our pigs shut down rather unexpectedly. In the time since this has happened one of our partners, Tim, has decided to pursue other options in Chicago. We wish him nothing but the best and thank him for all of his time and efforts in getting RMF Meats to where it is today. With all that has gone on, we are planning on going forward with the retail portion of RMF Meats at our office, but not much in the way of restaurant sales at the current moment. We will be taking in 5 pigs on July 6 and they will be picked up a few days later and brought to the office. If you have any special requests, message us so that we can plan accordingly when we get the pigs into the processor. Thank you for all of your support and we look forward to seeing you at the office!!!
