Know your farmer know your food!

Meat shouldn't come cheap because raising animals ethically & sustainably isn't cheap.

It takes time.

Fast food cuts corners for profits. Healthy meat is more nourishing because it gains nutrients & flavor from the environment by never being rushed.

A proper human diet starts with species appropriately fed & finished meats.

Stop asking about grow out times & weights. Start asking yourself "Is this the healthiest, most nutrient dense food that I can provide for my family?"

Slow food is nourishment. Fast food will always be less than whether it comes from a drive thru or from the farm.
