🎊 Happy New! 🎊

Hydroponic growing is a bit challenging, things can go wrong pretty quick. We sure have learned what not to do! It is always a learning experience and we are getting better.

The 2023 new year will be another new exciting learning experience for us as we take on new additions.

Randall is finishing up the grow room for the mushrooms this weekend! If all goes well (keep your fingers crossed) he has bags ready to go. Stay tuned and follow the Facebook and/or the Instagram page for all the details. If you don’t use social media we understand, just email back and let us know you want updates by email or text messages. He will have a great selection IF all goes well.

Mushrooms are a fascinating fungi with amazing health benefits! Look them up and learn what they can do for your health.

We will also adding a “salad box”! I am finishing up my food certification course and hopefully will have our space approved by health department by the end of January. The “salad box” will included everything you need to make a great salad. We will also be able to offer healthy ready made lunch and family size salads.

There are a few other things that are in the making as well!

We are also working on our branding and advertising.

This has been a challenging year for us in many ways, but by God’s hand we made it! We want to thank you for all your support, encouraging words, the many prayers that were lifted up for me during my journey, and shopping our small local greenhouse this past year. The friendships we are making is truly a blessing to us. We look forward to serving our community in the new year with some exciting additions!
