Let us here at Shields Hilltop Farm and Apiary hook you up with some sweet honey. It makes for an excellent addition to your coffee, peanut butter sandwich, or those nice cathead Biscuits like grandma used to make you should have plenty of time to make them while you are iced in.

Don't worry, if the weather doesn't get so bad, your honey will still be good for much longer than your bread and milk, be safe.

Fall honey has a stronger, richer flavor with lower moisture content, thanks to late-summer and early-fall blooms and seasonal weather conditions. It’s a favorite for those who love a bold, robust honey taste.

Spring Honey
Spring honey is lighter in color with a sweeter, milder flavor. Both of our spring honeys are award-winning!
