How is it August already!? 🥵

Some veggies you can plant this month include Southern peas, lettuce, kale, mustard, carrots, endive, chives, cauliflower, broccoli, collards, cucumber, and snap and lima beans. Flowers include chrysanthemums and marigold.

😎 Welcome, summer! It’s getting pretty darn hot out already, and it is not uncommon for plants to slow production when temperatures get over 95° F.

This month, you can plant: tomatoes, southern peas, sweet corn, pumpkins, squash, and more!

Flowers you can plant this month include: English primrose, calendula, ranunculus, dianthus, snapdragons, and roses. You can also start annual seeds indoors at this time.
