Come celebrate Independence Day with us!!! July 5th and 6th we will be serving up Rowdy’s BBQ, Ribs, Chicken, Smoked Bologna, Mac & Cheese, Baked Beans, Chips, Sodas , Water. There will be Music, Drinks, Friends, Fireworks and lots of Food😋. Come relax by the lake and join the fun!🇺🇸

Doing a little “Smokin” again next week to season the big smokehouse!! The food trailer is not complete yet but we need to get the big smokehouse up and running so let us cook for you again. We will be doing the “awesome BBQ with the homemade sauce again” and also slabs of ribs this time around. The BBQ will be $13.00 a pound with a small sauce at $2.00, making it $15.00 just as before. A slab of ribs will be $20.00 each. Several have ask for bottles of the homemade sauce, so we are gonna bottle some up and have it available for $6.00 each and when the food trailer is complete, u can return those bottles for a refill at $4.00. We will be taking orders til Wednesday of next week and will have your orders ready for pickup on Friday, April 26th. Slabs of ribs may be limited due to supply so get your order in to me as soon as possible. Pickup will be from 3:30-6:00 at the Casper House Parking Lot.

Welcome to our new home page for Rowdy’s BBQ! We are excited about this new adventure that we have decided to dive into! Rowdy has always enjoyed cooking but he especially loves the slow process of smoking meat. He had a desire to own a BBQ business upon his retirement a few years ago and recently we decided to jump in with both feet. The purchase of a food trailer and smokehouse has made its way to Repo Ridge and we couldn’t be more elated. We are in the process of updating the trailer and are hoping to be ready to go in about 6 weeks or so. But in the interim, we plan to season this new smoker up by cooking for you again soon. The first round was a huge morale boost for both of us, as we received nothing but great compliments from all of you. We appreciate your business and look forward to seeing you soon.
