We stopped by yesterday and taste tested some new menu items!!!
When I tell you they were both SO GUD!!! I cant wait till they are added! I know just where I will be going for lunch!

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice soup
Started by boiling a whole chicken with celery stocks, 3 smashed garlic cloves, bay leaves, carrots and onions. Allow to boil 40-60 mins till Chicken is fork tender
Strain... this is your Chicken Broth...
Add back to pot, add veggies, shred your chicken and add back to pot with rice
Allow to simmer 20-30 mins till Rice is done, add heavy cream.
Turn on low, Allow to thicken 10 mins and serve! 😋

Korean Style Ground Beef & Rice
Ground Beef marinated in Soy, Hoison & Oyster Sauce.
Brown Ground Beef, Add Veggies, Add a tablespoon of flour & Beef broth to create sauce
Serve over white rice, top with green onions & sesame seeds! 😋
