In Texas there are things we can grow all year round. Having the greenhouse on the property this year allowed us to get a jump on the spring garden. The greenhouse has a water hose hookup and a sink! It is a great space that we had custom built by Harmony Coops & Shelter Co. Wish we could take it with us, but it sells with the house! https://www.homes.com/property/6610-cr-431-jonesboro-tx/2tqm33chnnbk2/

Purchase this 21-acre turnkey homestead with 2 homes and enjoy the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Vanessa like to have her coffee in the morning on the front porch and watch the sun come up as she reads her devotional and bible. The sunsets are equally stunning. Here are some of the colorful sunrises and sunsets on the farm. https://www.homes.com/property/6610-cr-431-jonesboro-tx/2tqm33chnnbk2/

Howdy folks. We love Texas but we have decided to move our operations west to be closer to family. That means someone else has an opportunity to enjoy our fabulous 21 acre turnkey homestead! Here are some of features we think make our homestead great:
All 21 acres are fenced with field fence to keep sheep, goats, horses etc in.
There is a big beautiful historic barn with power and water, as well as another large shade cover and 4 three sided barns/paddocks with Lometa feeder panels.
The property is cross fenced and there is water access in every pasture and paddock.
There is a brand new greenhouse and chicken house.
There are 4 4'x8' wooden raised beds and 6 galvanized raised beds.
There is a detached garage, a carport, and a shop/water shed.
An electric shutoff was installed in 2025 for the well.
There are new metal roofs as of 2026 on the garage, the shop/watershed and both houses.
The two story house has a professional kitchen and a butler pantry, as well as a sleeping porch and large walk-in closets. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
The stone house features 2' thick walls and is made from native stone. Each of the two bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom.

Sorry for the radio silence! It's been a hectic spring! We were rained out of several farmers markets. Then as gas prices increase it became unprofitable to do some of the markets that are further away like Marble Falls and Lampasas. Also Vanessa's father's health declined And we needed to travel to South Dakota. He was called home at the end of April. Then we returned home to a massive hail storm with baseball sized hail. It's damaged windows and roofs including our chicken tractors. Luckily we lost only one lamb. It could have been much worse. We are offering on farm pick up by reservation and on Wednesdays. We can also deliver within 30 mi of our farm at no charge. We may be able to deliver further based on our schedules and order size. Thank you for supporting our small farm. I hope to see y'all this summer.
