BALT: Bacon Avocado Lettuce Tomato Sandy
Product Used: Maple Cured Bacon
Recipe:

Ingredients
4 slices CURED Maple Cured Bacon
2 slices Bread, toasted
1/2 Avocado, sliced
2 slices Tomato, sliced 1/2 inch thick
2 large leaves Lettuce
Mayo

Directions
1. Prepare the bacon, to fry, start with a cold skillet on medium heat, flipping as necessary. Or to bake, place on a baking sheet in the oven at 400 F for 10–15 minutes.

2. To build the sandwich layer mayo, avocado, tomato, bacon, then lettuce and top the remaining slice of bread. Serve Immediately!
