The last of the garlic has been harvested. We grew and cleaned a total of….. (drumroll) ……. 97 pounds of organic garlic. !!! Now over the next few weeks it will cure. We will have it for sale at and in a few weeks. If you’re out of town and would like to try it, send me a message. We are exhausted and excited to share it with you.

The garden continues to grow. Red cabbage is coming along. We harvest over 9 lbs of beautiful organic garlic today and a few large green cabbage heads. Thank you for your support this year.

American Bresse”, 16 weeks old. Often called the red, white and blue chicken, featuring solid white feathers, vibrant red combs and steal blue legs. These chickens are amazing meat birds. Producing some of the best tasting chicken in the world. Hens are prolific egg layers producing 200 to 250 per eggs per year. They breed true!....not like the hybrid birds that you have to purchase from a hatchery season after season. So once you have your American Bresse flock established, you will always have eggs for hatching as well as an abundance of eggs for eating.
