This week, Dynamis Estate wines found a place at in St. Petersburg, Florida, where they will be featured alongside a thoughtfully curated collection of wines from around the world.

To see wines from the mountain represented in such company is both humbling and rewarding. It reflects the dedication of our vineyard, cellar, and hospitality teams, as well as the support of our members and guests who continue to believe in what we are building.

Fumé Rosé has officially been bottled and now enters bottle conditioning ahead of release. Crafted exclusively for our wine club, the Fumé series is a small expression of gratitude for the members who continue to support the estate year after year.

From foraged nettles and ramps to bramble berries and crème fraîche, Chef Peter of created a menu rooted in season and place.

Our thanks to Chef Peter for joining us. We are excited to see what comes next for him and the team at Bobby Boy Bakeshop and are grateful to have shared the table together.

Join us for one of our favorite seasonal traditions as Chef Peter of Bobby Boy Bakeshop brings a menu rooted in Appalachian ingredients and spring harvest flavors to the estate. From foraged nettles and ramps to bramble berries and crème fraîche, each course reflects the comfort and character of the season.

A welcoming glass of wine begins the experience, followed by an afternoon shaped by thoughtful food, shared tables, and time spent slowly at the estate.
