We have added a new line of cattle to our beef operation.The Belted Galloway ,will improve the quality of our 100% grass fed beef as well as give those interested in a cow for their farm another option.

We are sending a couple of steers to the processor on the 19th of January. Let us know if you would like to take advantage of this opportunity to get some 100% grassfed beef. Our price is $3.00/lb based on hanging weight.

Peanut is a definite red Dexter and Sparky is more of a dark brown not sure if he will be a dark red that carries dun or dun at this point. I sure do like his chocolate color maybe Hershey would have been a better name for him..LOL

Just pulled some NY strip steak and a couple of pounds of burger out of the freezer for dinners this week. Can't wait to grill those steaks. Be sure and notice the yellow color of the fat around the steak. A definite indicator of 100% grass fed beef! Yum, Yum!
