Big Dry Judd T N52
One of the most powerful Bronc sons in the sale. Lot 69 has been a stand out calf all summer. N52 weaned well at 841lbs for a WR of 113. He is out a very productive pathfinder cow (WR 6/109) who brings in heavy calves year after year. This good Bronc son earned his namesake from local bronc rider and recent inductee into the Montana Cowboy Hall of Fame, Judd Twitchell. Lot 69 carry’s length, muscle, and depth in a stylish package.

15 commercial heifers that have all the bells and whistles. They have been Bangs vaccinated, Preg Guard 10, and freeze branded. The heifers came right out of our replacements, after 3 prior sorts of culls going to town. Winning bidder can take 5 to 15 heifers. Registration papers are available for an additional $200/ head.

More than $Maternal.
Our cows are range calved in a 2,000 acre pasture. Our cows must be able to travel, calve by themselves, and deter predators. The cows are 4 miles from the closest barn, so bringing them in when there is inclement weather is not an option. Over 60 years of range calving has assured vigorous calves and very maternal cows that can’t be measured with any Index or EPD. Our cows do not get second chances if their calves don’t make it : they don’t get kept. Calves are tagged, weighed at birth and given a shot of alpha C&D. Our program insures that our commercial costumers can use our genetics with confidence, providing them with a hardy cow that is efficient, maternal, and reliable.

Big Dry Burma N50
This Badlands son is soft made, heifer safe, and very docile. Burma has been a stand out since he was a calf and weaned at 784lb for a 105 WR. Lot 67’s dam is easy fleshing, heavy milking, Cool 39L daughter who stamps her calves with plenty growth and capacity. His productive dam earned a WR 7/105 and has sons working at Granger Angus, MT, as well as top commercial outfits.
