Four Seasons Farm (FSF) Dairy Goats

We raise high quality registered Saanen dairy goats in Jordan, MN. Our herd participated in official milk test and linear appraisal.

We also enjoy consuming and promoting dairy goat products. Four Seasons Farm is owned by Chris & Laura Kieser. We are members of the ADGA Plus program which means that our herd is on official DHIA milk test & participates in the ADGA linear appraisal program. We (the goats and their care takers) love to have visitors in small groups, but we do ask that you call or email us before coming out. We do work off farm jobs and need to coordinate with our schedules.

I'm going to be getting photos from the barn for a while, as I recover from surgery. This morning, this is what the engineer captured. Pretty perfect. Orange Peel, Raisin, and Raspberry... ready to greet their help. 💜

And then there were two: my two keeper kids for 2026. FSF Winstead Raisin and FSF Winstead Raspberry. Sisters, daughters of Rosemary.

These three are not a band of brothers exactly, but they sure are ready to take their jobs seriously this fall. The guy in the middle is staying here. The other two will be headed to their new home in the coming weeks. Happy fall!

Our view on this Friday is different than the many years before. We aren't at the MN State Fair. Instead, we're home, enjoying the goats being goats. Enjoy the long weekend ahead!

The ADGA ELITE buck list came out recently. Imagine my surprise to see a very familiar name Vineyard View True Summit. Summit was intrumental in our herd, and the sweetest boy. I loved that buck with my whole heart. Leave it to him to have me emotional, even after stepping out of the show ring.

The weather has been so nice, the kids didn't want to wake up this morning when I turned the lights on.

We were honored to be chosen as the 2026 Scott County Farm Family of the Year through U of MN Extension. The award was recognized during the Scott County Fair Opening Breakfast.

Congratulations Chris and Laura Kieser of Four Seasons Farm of Jordan, 2026 Scott County Farm Family of the year

I snapped this 📸 of our Matriarch, FSF General Rosemary 13*M after milking this morning. At the mature age of 7, she is everything we dreamed she'd be. I'm glad she calls me hers. 💜

When this late April baby is weaned in 2 weeks, we'll be ready to offer does and kids to new homes. She sure is a pretty one, head tilt and all 🥰 (We were not posing her in this photo. She was just finishing her dinner.)

How you doin'? Been a little bit since we've shared some cute faces. 😍
