We grow four varieties of hardneck seed and culinary garlic: Chesnok Red, Music, Northern White, and Purple Glazer on our farm. Hardneck garlics are known for their robust flavors and are favorites for the discerning gourmet chef. Hardnecks have large, easy to peel cloves, and store well up to 9-10 months. The health benefits of garlic, as well as its great flavor in cooking, warrant its inclusion in any good diet.
