Welcome to Wholly Cow Farms in rural North Central Arkansas where we raise All Natural Grass Fed and Grass Finished Beef free from antibiotics, hormones and additives. We raise primarily Angus and Angus crossbred cattle the way it should be - Naturally! The cattle are raised on their mother's milk and forage until they are weaned. They then graze on fresh nutritious salad bar forage that includes

clovers, fescue, Bermuda and rye grasses until processed at a local USDA inspected processor. Our cattle are normally between 18-24 months old until processed. Our beef is sold by the package and offered to local grocers, restaurants and to you, directly from our farm by appointment. It is a blessing to raise these animals the way they were intended. We at Wholly Cow Farms, are looking forward to sharing our beef with you.

Even in freezing, snowy weather, our herd stays well-fed and cared for. No matter what, our herds always have access to organic grass, even in the form of hay. Ryan harvests our hay in spring and early summer from our farm in Judsonia, Arkansas when the grass is at its most nutritious, and we store it for the colder months. All of our hay comes straight from our organic pastures, and each cow eats roughly 20–30 lbs per day. Whenever the ground isn’t frozen, they still get to graze on fresh organic grass, keeping their diet natural and organic year-round.
