I know of a farmer who plants their shrubs 1 foot apart . These are 5 feet apart in every direction . What was she thinking ?(not mr if your wondering ) 5 feet is not enough ! And when I’m gone , I want to be remembered as the farmer who could grow wild lettuce (natural o***m) to 10 feet in height w no effort at all !

Little tip for today , when you’re walking between the rows , make sure your pants are on the outside of your boots so the wasp dont fall down into your boot and light your foot on fire !

Check out w new shrub we have on the farm . These were plantef this spring and they’re blooming , but we will start cutting them next May . Magical pink innocense spirea , this one is quite different from other spirea . I think it’s going to be a winner for us !

I had to get up to let my 12 year old Great Dane outside , so I’m awake and decided I’d better post this before I forget again !

We are no longer cutting greenery of any kind and storing it in the cooler for anticipated weekly sales . There’s no room , there’s no time . If anybody knows their going to place an order , or come out to the cooler , and you know you will be needing some greenery of some sort, you must get with me 24 hours before you need to pick up or have it delivered . Especially eucalyptus of any variety . It will not be cut and put in the cooler for spontaneous sales .

So , please keep this in mind when you’re ordering weekly or wanting to just come shop the cooler .

Thank you to all my fabulous customers , our farm is growing leaps and bounds .

We’ve been cutting greenery on demand all season , and it works out great . But some of it needs time to hydrate or you will get some wilty tips if it doesn’t .

Love to all , Lucie is back in bed and I’m about to do the same .
