Here at the farm store we sell Hoffman Grist Mill products!

We’ve got the following items in stock!
- pancake mix
- wheat berries
- bolted wheat flour

Did you know that the grist mill is in partnership with the Abilene and Smokey Valley Railroad Excursion Trains? This allows customers to experience a train ride from Abilene to the mill where they can shop for authentic wheat products! 💙

On the Farm💙

Last week on the farm, the last drone spraying of the season took place.

This spraying helps protect the soybean crop from pests so it stays healthy through harvest.

From now until harvest time in October, enough time passes between spraying and harvest for the beans to be safe and pest-free.

While the soybeans grown here get sold, we still bring in soybean meal for our cattle rations from an outside source, which serves as nutritional value and protein to their diet!

PSA: Our new batch of chocolate milk will come with root beer colored caps instead of the usual color. The label stays the same, so please check the label carefully when shopping and don't rely on the cap color alone to tell them apart! 💙
