Thank you Stacy for your order of 2 dozen Baked Chokladballer cookies! I love taking special order requests when I can, and this order was super special as this is a recipe I reworked from my fathers bakery formulas from long ago.

I finished a special order yesterday for a Wedding shower. They wanted 2 dozen lemon cupcakes. I haven’t made cupcakes in a few years, but thought it would be fun to do again.

These are White Vanilla Bean Cupcakes with a fresh homemade Lemon Curd center and decorated with Swiss Vanilla buttercream that has just a hint of lemon. They were topped with lemon flavored chocolate letters and heart.

I enjoyed making this order so much! Thanks Trish for thinking of me to make them for you!

Find my table (covered with a red tablecloth) at the Scandinavian Festival in Junction City, OR - August 13-16, located in Gale Fletchhall Hall.

You’ll find all the treats pictured here and many more. Most items are my Swedish father’s recipes which he used in his multiple bakeries. They are authentic Swedish treats, and so very delicious!

I was happy to contribute to the treat table. They must have been good as there were no leftovers!

I sent a few dozen cookies with my daughter for the other teachers at her school. I love giving treats to deserving teachers who I believe have very difficult jobs.

I’ve been teaching a few cookie decorating classes lately. I love how very creative everyone is!
