We’re live from PACK EXPO! 👏

“Today’s Meal from the Heart” ❤️

Earlier this week, two members of Team G&D cooked dinner for a full house at Ronald McDonald House Charities’ Heartfelt House at RiverBend. Kelsey and Sarah served taco soup, Mexican Caesar salad and a big platter of cookies to families staying at the house.

Families come to Heartfelt House from all over Oregon. Each one is there while a child gets care at the hospital, whether that’s cancer treatment, surgery, a NICU stay or something else. Every child’s medical journey is different, but every family needs the same things: a home away from home and a community that has their back.

This one is personal for Kelsey and Sarah. Both are moms of children born with a heart defect, so they know firsthand what these families are going through.

Thank you, Kelsey and Sarah, for showing up for our neighbors. 🥰

A year and a half ago, G&D Chillers joined Ingersoll Rand.

Here’s what our customers have told us since: nothing they rely on changed.
→ Same applications engineers and service technicians
→ Same Oregon facility, where every chiller is still run-tested before it ships
→ Same parts, technical support and warranty coverage

What did change is what’s behind us. We have more engineering resources, more manufacturing capacity and a bigger global supply chain to keep projects on schedule.

We’ve built industrial process cooling in Oregon since 1993. Being part of Ingersoll Rand lets us do more of it for more food processors, breweries, wineries, dairies, industrial manufacturers and data centers.

Meet Tim! 👋

Tim joined G&D in 2015 building chillers in our shop. From there he worked his way through wiring and the run station, and today he helps lead our Tech Support team. 🔧

His teammates call him outgoing, dedicated and friendly, and he’s never short on a good story. 😄

When he’s off the clock, Tim is out in the woods or in the duck blind. 🦆🌲 His proudest accomplishment? “Hands down, becoming a dad for the first time!” 💙

While a lot of the country’s grilling out, brew houses, dairy lines, and plant floors are still running — and so is the equipment (and the people) keeping them cool.
