Territorial Farm Stay Come to horse and wine country in OR! Enjoy a Farm Stay in our cozy Carriage House or bring your own RV. We offer several options for our Farm Stays.

Add on a Horsin Around Experience or sign up for a private riding lesson. 🐎 And wine country is all around us🍷 Come to the country and enjoy our farm and horses, surrounded by an outdoor recreational paradise and family owned wineries and farms in the South Willamette Valley of Oregon. Our Farm Stay cottage is the Carriage House, suitable for 1 to 4 people with a huge fenced yard and pet friendly for well behaved pets. Enjoy a carefree Farm Stay in our RV Guest House with all the amenities provided (limited availability in 2024) Or bring your own RV for a Farm Stay in your own space with WiFi and utility hook up. We are a small private, family farm, and only host one family or small friends group at a time for a safe environment and quality experience. And, we have a Guest Barn available for folks traveling with their own horses. Ask us for our list of local area day rides, from the beach to the mountains, and suitable for all levels of riders. We can accommodate horse travelers in one of our guest houses or provide a space to park your RV or living quarters horse trailer for layovers or for spending a few days and enjoying area day rides. We will be offering a "mini accommodation" in the summer of 2024 for overnight stays for horse travelers only. Immerse yourself in country living and sample locally grown produce, baked goods and dairy products, included in your Farm Stay. Enjoy a morning walk in the pasture, pet the horses, and experience farm life in Oregon. Riding lessons available or simply connect with a horse. Help out with barn chores and work in the garden, or just sit back and watch the animals and enjoy a good book or a relaxed conversation. Easily accessible from major roads and a near-by airport. Essential services, shopping, and restaurants just four miles away in Junction City. Many dining, shopping, sports, and art and cultural activities available in nearby Eugene or Corvallis.

How about a fall/winter stay in Oregon horse and w**e country? The Carriage House guest cottage at Territorial Farm Stay is available on November 1 for fall/winter mid-term stays (30 to 90 days) for traveling professionals and remote workers. Pet friendly, good WiFi, and on a lovely country property. Located near Junction City, OR, between Eugene and Corvallis, about two hours south of Portland.
If you are a health professional, we are within 30 to 35 minutes of several major hospitals. Lots of other medical practices throughout the area. We are 10 minutes from the Junction City campus of the Oregon State Hospital. Our Carriage House is available in early November for $1600/month plus deposit and any pet fees.

We are also listed on Furnished Finder and travel apps such as Airbnb, VRBO and Hip Camp with lots of 5 Star reviews. Message us for more information. Happy to phone/video chat/tour.

The Carriage House is now available for month long stays (with possible extension) beginning November 3. Settle into a country stay for the fall and winter.
