Pasture-raised hens spend a significant portion of their day roaming and foraging on pasture resulting in healthier and more nutritious eggs. These eggs tend to be higher in certain vitamins like E and D, as well as omega-3 fatty acids (anti-inflammatory!), and they often have a richer, more flavorful yolk.
