Guess what… Y’all now have pork as well as lamb,goat and beef. I will have it at the Lago Vista Farmers Market in 2 weeks. I picked up the most beautiful cuts today and yes… bacon! I will start posting pictures of the cuts and cost on Monday. You are welcome to contact me directly for pre orders as well as getting it at the blue store in Canyon of the Eagles.

We will be local this weekend in Burnet at the Farmer’s market. I will as always have Lamb, Goat and Beef raised by me. Spices and eggs as well. Hope to see y’all in the morning.

Okay it’s one of my favorite times of the year! State Goat Cookoff in Golthwaite Friday evening and all day Saturday. I have my launch on 5 jerkies all State inspected and made. My smoked beef link and… yes the Goat link.
I will have samples on the links and inventory in stock. I’m loaded down with Lamb,Goat and all cuts on Beef. come out and have some fun!

I’m taking the weekend off to set up local in Burnet on the Square with an amazing local farmer with an over load of fresh produce! I’m excited. I’ll be next to the house and with produce.

Norcross Ranch will be at Llano Farmer’s Market tomorrow 9-1 with a full load on all my perfect Beef cuts and Goat. Lamb is a week out along with the launch on all of my inspected beef and goat jerkies.
Smoked links as well! Come out and see us tomorrow!

Norcross Ranch will be at the Llano farmers market tomorrow Sat March 18th from 9-1
Come out and pre order your wholes and side of beef,goat and lamb. I’ll also have my normal inventory as well as spices,goose eggs and chicken eggs.
Remember at the end of the month I will be introducing goat and beef jerky to my normal inventory line!
