Nothing too complicated tonight — just some good steaks, a little smoke, and letting the Traeger do its thing! 🔥

Beautiful Sunday evening, cold b**r in hand, and steaks on the grill… hard to beat that! 🍺🥩

Happy Sunday, my friends! 🔥🥔🍺

Trying something new today on the Traeger Pro 780—smoking baked potatoes! I rubbed each one down with Wagyu tallow, coated them with coarse salt, and set the smoker to 250°F.

Now it’s time to do what Sundays are made for…kick back, crack open a few ice-cold Miller Lites straight from the bottle, and let the Traeger do the work. 🍺🔥

Here’s hoping that in about 2½–3 hours we’ll be cutting into crispy, salty skins with fluffy, buttery centers.

Nothing beats good food, cold b**r, and a lazy Sunday in the backyard. Who else is firing up their smoker today?

As we look back on last year's BBQ Austin Cook-Off, we can't help but feel proud of everything our team accomplished. Competing against some of the best pitmasters in Texas, Buck'n Good BBQ continued to prove that hard work, dedication, and teamwork pay off.

More importantly, every dollar we raised helped support our mission of investing in the future of our youth through scholarships.

🔥 The smokers are earning their keep today!

Four briskets are on the smokers getting ready for my son Trea’s 24th birthday party tomorrow! All three Traeger Pro 34s are working hard while the Pro 780 gets a well-deserved break before it fires up tomorrow for the chicken.

Still to come: ribs and sausage! It’s going to be one heck of a BBQ feast.
