current obsession: pickling
- bring to a simmer: 3/4 cups of distilled white vinegar, 1 cup of water, 1 cap full of apple cider vinegar, and 3 heaping tablespoons of Salt Odyssey sea salt from
- pour over your choice of pickle cut (chips, spears, halves, minis) with 2 cloves of garlic (crush slightly under a spoon), 1 whole grape leaf, and 2 sprigs of fresh dill
- refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight and enjoy! if you go through a jar fast, save some cucumbers and just replenish in the liquid for another day and enjoy even more!
