A long awaited desire finally achieved to produce quality beer on our own. A collaboration formed by two friends who love to drink, eat, and share with others. Shane Ambrose born in Kaimuki worked in retail 23 years collaborated with Darren Bissen with over 25 years in retail/wholesale seafood industry to create quality beer with the technical efforts from Shane and Darren's mechanical and cooking

skills.. Together their joint efforts have produced Ale, Lagers, stout, whitbier, porter, root beer, ginger ale, and hard cider for the pure enjoyment.
