Hello folks, I hope everybody's having a great weekend. As you may have heard or maybe you haven't heard, but we are moving the cheese store to a new location at the junction of 136 and 81 South. The new store will be located next to The Welcome inn motel on the south end in the new building that Sean duer built there. We are CLOSED today and will be CLOSED Monday and Tuesday to get everything set back up thank you for your continued patronage and I hope to see you all soon. At a date yet to be determined....Sean and I will have a grand opening celebration to showcase his new business and mine as well. We are thinking it will be in the September time frame. Thanks again, and we'll reopen on 7/1 for business.

Good morning everyone,

Happy memorial Day week and beginning today through Saturday I will be having a sale of 10% off store wide. Come on in and pick up your favorite brat or sausage for the festivities this coming week end. I also have plenty of smoked salmon or rainbow trout and pork butt in casing and Royal pork butts in stock as well......all delicious and perfect for the grill. We will be closed Sunday May 24th and Monday May 25th. Thanks to all of you for your continued patronage and have a wonderful and safe memorial Day weekend.

Hi everyone....l just want to give a shout-out to the Revere fire department and the first responders that came out north of Revere to the place of my life long friend... Mark Allred...to assist as best they could. We really appreciate your efforts and we're grateful for the job you so unselfishly do. Although my friend has passed on and our lives will be forever changed...we also have faith in the good lord above and he will comfort us in this time of grief.
RIP Mark... your race has been run.

Hi folks....i forgot to mention that I have bodein brats as well.... have had a few requests for that. Also some different snack sticks and venison elk, and bison summer sausages.

Good evening folks!!!
It's grilling season already.... what beautiful weather we're having. Just in... several different varieties of bratwurst from the Wursthaus and Swiss meats in Herman Mo. Among them are the carmelized pear brats and pineapple bacon brats. Several others available as well Stop by and see us for your favorite flavor!!!!

Hello everyone,

I hope you are all having a great week.... just a note to tell you that I got a shipment of cheese Curds in today along with many more cheeses. We have regular curds, jalapeno, garlic/dill, Italian, and a new flavor that looks delicious, sundried tomato/basil, garlic and Parmesan. I'm looking forward to seeing you all soon.
