👋 Say Aloha to Theodora, now in stock at our bottle shop. This white blend from (Burgenland, Austria) is made of Grüner Veltliner and Welschriesling–it’s bright, lively, and strikes the perfect balance of minerality.

🍇 Eduard and Stephanie Tscheppe started Gut Oggau in 2007, reviving a 17th-century winery that sat abandoned for 20 years. Thanks to that period of neglect, the vines were free of chemicals and ready to be farmed biodynamically right away. Today, the estate releases a “family” of delicious wines that we can’t get enough of.
