Good morning everyone,

First, I want to say thank you all for having so much patience and grace with us this past week. The closure was most definitely needed for the family here, and all your kind words were so needed.

Secondly, we’re open back up today! It’s the start of our fall hours so the only difference you will see is we will now close at 6pm vs 7pm.

It will be so good to see you all if we’re out and about. If you see us please say hi!

We appreciate all the kind messages and comments regarding our recent postings. It is with immense sadness to let you all know that our boy Beau unfortunately passed yesterday.

I know how most of you would say hi to him and give him pets if he was out when you stopped by so I know he made a positive impact on a lot of you. He always looked forward to seeing people pull up or walk up to the stand. It was the highlight of his day to be able to bark at someone or something.

We’re grieving over here. We feel robbed and it still doesn’t feel real to us. So we ask you to please have patience with us on getting back on our feet. It’s going to be a long journey of grief and recovery to even be able to find normalcy.

We will not be re-opening till September 2nd. We received devastating news regarding our boy Beau, and we need to focus our attention on our family for the time being.

Messages and comments most likely will not be seen.

Good morning, the farm stand is open and stocked with jams and sourdough!

Please be patient with us yet again, as Beau was taken to the pet ER for the second time in a month. Any and all prayers you may be able to give us very much appreciated in our moment of uncertainty. We’re hoping and praying for answers this time.

His last emergency visit showed nothing abnormal. He has chest/heart and lungs X-rays which all came back normal. His physical exam was normal and he was sent home with no answers.

He was scheduled to go under for a teeth cleaning yesterday, but prior lab work came back alarming and the vet declined to proceed (totally understandable!). They advised we make an appointment with his primary vet next week which we did. However this morning he was showing u -normal body language and vomiting so we opted to take him to emergency.

At this point we’re scared for our boy but we also just really need answers to what’s actually going on with him so we know how best care for our Beau.
