the Margarita Flight. Four servings, $15. You taste them against each other, and by the third one you've usually landed on the one you're going to order every time from now on.

The margarita contains Duove' Tequila, a margarita flight is 4 margaritas made with Duove' Tequila, lime juice, triple sec and flavoring (we switch them up sometimes it could be STRAWBERRY, PEACH, DRAGON FRUIT and LIME, those are the 4 in the flight for this week)

It's the second most popular flight in the building, and it works best with somebody across from you disagreeing about which is best.

We're closed today. Open Thursday at noon, and it's a long weekend, so give yourself an afternoon.

It's the person standing behind the bar.

They've watched a few thousand people order by now. They know what comes back for a second round. They know which glass to slide toward somebody who just announced they're not a wine person, and they know it usually works.

Most people walk in already braced to decide. Reading the whole board, worried about picking wrong in front of everyone. You don't have to do that here. Say what you usually drink, or what kind of day you've had, and let them take it from there.

Kalamazoo, it's National Red Wine Day, and we'd rather you taste than read about it. 🍷

There's a version of today where somebody explains tannins at you. That's not this.

Our Wine and Chocolate Pairing is four wines and four chocolates, $21. Sweet Riesling, Chardonnay, Cabernet, Malbec. Two of the four are red, and those two are the reason this is the way to spend the day.

The pours are 2 ounce tasting pours, which is the point. You're comparing, not committing. You take a bite, then a sip, and you notice the wine did something different than it did on its own. That's the whole trick, and you don't need to know a single term to catch it.

Bring somebody. It's better as a conversation than a solo exercise, though there's nothing wrong with sitting with it by yourself either.

Kalamazoo, the best selling thing in this building is frozen. 🍷

That surprises people. You walk into a winery and picture a glass of something dark and serious, and then you look around and half the room is holding a slush.

It outsells everything. Bottles, cocktails, boards, the wine slush outsells them all.

We think it's because it removes the part of wine that makes people hesitate. Nobody's worried about whether they're holding it right or saying the right word about it. They're just outside on a warm afternoon with something cold, and it happens to be wine.

Kalamazoo, here's the idea this whole place was built on. 🍷

When we opened in 2021, the thought was simple. Anyone should be able to walk in and have their favorite drink here. Not a substitute. Not close enough. Theirs. Just made with wine.

So that's what we did. Espresso Winetini in a coupe with the crema on top, $9. You order what you always order. It just arrives in a wine version.

People tell us all the time that they're not really a wine person. That's fine. Tell us your drink instead and let us make it. If you think you don't like wine because of the taste, we'd like the chance to prove you wrong.
