The Story of How Healing Became My Life's Compass

A little glimpse into the journey that led me here. ✨

Before Auntie B’s Pantry, there was a search for healing, nutrition school, long days as a personal chef, and a growing belief that food could be so much more than just something we eat.

Looking through these old photos reminded me how many twists, lessons, and unexpected turns brought me to where I am today. Every kitchen, every client, and every challenge helped shape the chef—and person—I am now. 👩🏽‍🍳

I believe there is something special about things made by human hands. 🙌 ♥️

In a world overflowing with disposable products, endless choices, and things designed to be replaced, I find myself craving something different. Something slower. More intentional. More real.

That’s why I’ve decided to introduce a special collection of limited-batch handmade goods to Auntie B’s Pantry.
These items will be available exclusively at the farmers market, in small quantities, and when they’re gone, you may not see that exact item again.

My hope is to create a rotating collection of thoughtfully made products that are practical, beautiful, and crafted with care by a real person—not mass produced in a factory.

First up are these beautiful 100% cotton flannel paperless towels. Each pack includes six reusable towels, carefully cut, sewn, and packaged by hand. They’re designed to be used, washed, and loved again and again.

Thank you for supporting handmade work, small businesses, and the idea that we don’t always need more—we need better.
