The fall weather lately has been absolutely beautiful, so it feels like the perfect time for this one.

Pumpkin Chai Latte is here, and it absolutely rules.

It’s a pumpkin and chai cookie packed with fall spices, rolled in chai sugar, and topped with vanilla chai buttercream. Chai, chai, chai. Crazy chai. It’s soft, pumpkin-y, warm and spicy, and pretty much exactly what I want a fall cookie to be.

It’ll be available in 6-packs and Variety Packs on the website. As always, my cookies are baked fresh for your order, so ordering ahead is the best way to make sure you get what you want.

Don’t wait too long on this one. We’re already a week into October and I still have a couple more fall flavors I want to get through. Like the other fall seasonals, this will probably only be around for a week or two before I move on to the next one.

A little seasonal switch-up this week! I’m saying goodbye to a few flavors to make room for a new one: Bananas Foster.

It’s a banana cookie made with brown sugar and dark rum, topped with a banana, brown sugar, and rum reduction.

Also, if you haven’t tried the Brown Sugar ice cream I make at the bakery, it pairs perfectly with the Bananas Foster cookie. Or really any cookie, for that matter.

Bananas Foster is available now online and in Variety Packs at the bakery.

And I’m not done yet — another new flavor is coming next week. The fall flavors just keep rolling.

Thanks to everyone who’s stopped in this week and helped me support Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Michigan during Paint the Town Green!

I’m going green this weekend 💚

Thursday through Saturday, any order of 12 or more cookies will come with a Classic Sugar Cookie topped with green buttercream.

I’m joining Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Michigan for Paint the Town Green, helping spread awareness for the work they do with kids in our community. BBBS creates and supports one-to-one mentoring relationships between local kids and caring adult mentors, with programs ranging from community-based mentoring to meeting with kids right at school. Their team helps make those matches and continues supporting them along the way.

No code or anything special needed — just order a dozen or more and I’ll throw one in!

New flavor alert! The first of the fall flavors is here.

In-Cider Trading is back from last year — made with cinnamon, apple c***r reduction, and granulated maple syrup. It was one of my favorites last fall, so I had to bring it back.

I have a lot of flavors I want to get through this fall, which means this one won’t be sticking around for very long. Make sure to grab some while you have the chance!

Today is the last day to get the Thunder Cake cookie!

Chocolate cookie, chocolate buttercream, and a fresh slice of strawberry on top. It’s been one of my favorites from the summer, but it’s time to start making room for fall flavors.

This is pretty surreal for me.

I grew up right behind the original Rykse’s, and when my siblings and I were good getting ready for school in the morning, my mom would let us stop in for cinnamon rolls. We weren’t always very good, so naturally the cinnamon rolls became a pretty big deal.

It’s really cool all these years later to see my cookies being sold there. I love seeing local businesses support each other, and I’m really excited to help Rykse & Co. add some new gluten-free options while also making my cookies a little easier to find for everyone out in Texas Corners.

Really excited to be working with them, and very grateful to have my cookies on their shelves!

Days like this are baking weather.

And since it’s literally thundering outside, it seems like a good time to remind everybody that Thunder Cake is still around for a couple more weeks.

We’ll be open today and tomorrow (Friday & Saturday), then closed Sunday & Monday for Labor Day.
