Goodbye Cookie Monster, hello Summer Swirl ☀️🍪

Cookie Monster had a good run (turns out naturally blue cookies are just as fun to make as they are to eat), but it’s officially time to welcome something new to the seasonal lineup.

Introducing Summer Swirl — a classic sugar cookie with a little summertime personality.

Naturally colored with real fruit, swirled with raspberry, passionfruit, and grapefruit, and finished with a little sugar sparkle ✨

It’s bright, colorful, and just the right amount of citrusy — but at the end of the day, it’s still exactly what it should be: a really good sugar cookie.

First micro-batch of ice cream just hit the freezer 🍨

We’re starting small. Like… really small.

Every batch is handmade right here in the shop, and because of the process, there are only a handful of cups available at a time. When they’re gone, they’re gone (until I have time to make more 😅).

First up: Brown Sugar Ice Cream
Simple, rich, and exactly what it sounds like — cream, milk, brown sugar, vanilla, and a little salt. Smooth, caramel-y, and basically made to sit next to a warm cookie.

Chocolate Chip? Yep.
Molasses Spice? Absolutely.
Snickerdoodle? Don’t even get me started.

Available only at the bakery in 5oz cups.

Just a heads up, this is the LAST week to grab Cookie Monster before it disappears.

Blue ube cookie, creamy white chocolate, and crushed chocolate chip cookie pieces. Weird? A little. Delicious? Absolutely.

Meet the Cookie Monster: Blue ube cookie dough, white chocolate chunks, and a heavy-handed amount of crushed chocolate chip cookies because subtlety felt wrong here.

The color is real. The flavor is ridiculous. Crisp edges, soft middle, and somehow even better than we expected.

A little over a year ago, Kalamazoo Cookie Co. was just me baking cookies out of my house. Now there are somehow 1,000 of you following along, supporting the bakery, sharing posts with friends, placing orders, and helping this thing grow into something real.
