Let The Good Times Boil at Centre Street Tap House for our 6th Annual Crawfish Boil! 🦞

Every year we like to bring a little Louisiana flare to our northern neck of the woods with a good ole fashioned crawfish boil! Our Annual Crawfish Boil will start on Friday, June 5th at 4pm and go through Saturday, June 6th until close (while supplies last).

We get our product from Louisiana Crawfish Company, straight out of Louisiana. This is a “fresh boiled” product. It is harvested from the marshes and swamps, cleaned, boiled, cooled, packaged, and then shipped overnight to receive the freshest crawfish in the area!

DID YOU KNOW? Our 2024 Crawfish Boil topped out at 102.5 pounds of Crawfish sold over Friday night & Saturday!

Continuing our Test Kitchen Series at 600 Kitchen & Bar with Project Beans for the month of June! Test Kitchen Series is a rotating culinary program where our Chef explores flavors, techniques, and unexpected pairings.

Each “Project” centers around a single canvas (such as Grits, Potatoes, Beans), and each “Study” within that Project highlights a different flavor profile.

Guests are invited to taste different Studies and help decide which dish earns an extended stay on the menu. Your vote helps shape what comes next and the winning Study will earn a featured spot on our menu. Project results will be revealed bi-monthly!

Gigante Plaki Salad with Baked Giant White Beans + Tomato Sauce + Herbs + Feta Cheese

White Bean Antipasto Salad with Roasted Red Peppers + Artichokes + Herbs + Balsamic Vinaigrette

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the ones who made the ultimate sacrifice. ❤️

Closed locations will be returning to normal business hours tomorrow on Tuesday, May 26th!
