Wells have been utilized since prehistoric times and often carry cultural significance. The ability for societies to flourish hinged upon wells and this vestige represented a commonality and central meeting point that united communities. One Well Brewing seeks to emulate these qualities in its microbrewery and build a sense of community by creating a common location for like-minded people to share

ideas, art and culture in Kalamazoo, MI. One Well Brewing is a microbrewery based in Kalamazoo, MI and strives to provide the greater Kalamazoo area and Michigan at large with a quality, craft-brewed selection of beers. One Well’s vision stems from the unique background of the founder, Chris O’Neill. The common goal has remained consistent: to help grow the craft-brew community by building a business that provides a quality, locally-produced product and to create good jobs that help stimulate the greater-Kalamazoo and Michigan economies. For nearly a decade Chris has been a home brewer and has dedicated the majority of his spare time perfecting the art of craft brewing. As a self-taught brewer, Chris has always picked the brains of everyone in the microbrewery world and has immersed himself in the culture of craft-beer connoisseurs. Chris embodies the spirit of of the craft-brew community and the idea that he’ll always be a student no matter how much he learns.

It's all the rage these days, so we're kicking it off with the Dungeon Crawler Carl series, and Words on Pages will be on hand Friday, June 26 from 5 to 8 pm for a Pop-Up shop to grab any or all of the 8-book series before our first meet-up on Tuesday, July 7 at 6 pm!

Today begins a new season of our Flip Well Pinball League! Meeting at 6 pm on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month, this league is great for all ages and experience levels! From pinball wizard to those just looking to get out of the house and meet some fun folks, we welcome them all! At just a one-time cost of $5 per season, plus the coin drop, entertainment this good doesn't come any cheaper!

Whoooaaaa, our creative kitchen crew outdid themselves with this week's new food feature hitting menus today! But we can't take all the credit! This is actually ANOTHER idea from our Black Friday winner, Derek Davis, who won the chance to create a menu item with Head Chef Bip. Derek came in strong with Winner Winner, a take on an Irish Spice Bag, but we also loved his idea for our twist on Lomo Saltado, a Peruvian dish. We're excited for this one so come on in and give it a try!
