Wells have been utilized since prehistoric times and often carry cultural significance. The ability for societies to flourish hinged upon wells and this vestige represented a commonality and central meeting point that united communities. One Well Brewing seeks to emulate these qualities in its microbrewery and build a sense of community by creating a common location for like-minded people to share ideas, art and culture in Kalamazoo, MI. One Well Brewing is a microbrewery based in Kalamazoo, MI and strives to provide the greater Kalamazoo area and Michigan at large with a quality, craft-brewed selection of beers. One Well’s vision stems from the unique background of the founder, Chris O’Neill. The common goal has remained consistent: to help grow the craft-brew community by building a business that provides a quality, locally-produced product and to create good jobs that help stimulate the greater-Kalamazoo and Michigan economies. For nearly a decade Chris has been a home brewer and has dedicated the majority of his spare time perfecting the art of craft brewing. As a self-taught brewer, Chris has always picked the brains of everyone in the microbrewery world and has immersed himself in the culture of craft-beer connoisseurs. Chris embodies the spirit of of the craft-brew community and the idea that he’ll always be a student no matter how much he learns.

There are LOTS of reasons today is amazing! It's a beautiful fall Friday and we've got two new b**r releases today! Well, kinda!

We upped the difficulty level this year for our PB&J combo we call Uncrushable, brewing up a blonde ale with Concord grapes! Combine it with Professor Nutbutter, our smooth peanut butter ale, and travel back to childhood!

🇩🇪 Super Mash Bros | Two b**r braised currywurst topped with German onion gravy and served with potatoes colcannon, green peas and stone ground mustard. 16.95

🍁 Maple Magic | Maple Ale | 9% | LAST TWO KEGS WE'VE BEEN HOLDING BACK ON! This uniquely autumn b**r is made possible through the generous donation of 225 GALLONS of maple sap from Mug Club members Ric Wiessner and James Loiselle! This sap replaced much of the water in the boil, then we added a gallon and a half of their finished maple syrup to impart even more wonderful, sweet, earthy notes for us all to enjoy as temps and leaves both begin to fall. This is a true treat to behold so make a point to give this one a try!
