Authenticity , you can see, smell , taste and experience. All of the flavors of the natural process all come together. It truly is a labor of love. And it is my pleasure to bring it to you. I want you all to taste what I grew up with and what tradition was. I cut no corners. Please enjoy , please share with your friends , your loved ones.. let us not forget tradition. All organic , no fillers, no , preservatives nothing that shouldn't be there. We dont even use aluminum in our cooking.

Please know the utmost aloha and intention is put into this product. It is 100% organic, traditionally made, we use only hawaiian heirloom varieties and absolutely no chemicals or preservatives. We dont even use aluminum at all in our imu. Just stainless steel. The intentions and aloha shows in the product.

one of our favorite pua out hia in Ka'onohi, Kalāuao, Ewa. O'ahu. . Mahalo for making amazing native plants available and doing da good work to ensure our future generations can see what hawaii once was. Abd who knows. Perhaps society will be evolved enough to say, enough.. and support on a larger scale the complete repopulation of native plants through the islands on a grand scale.
