Did a little bottling today!! 2 One Gallon batches. Apple & Grape. They came out perfect right out of the carboy. Only 10% calculated ABV … so sweet and tasty!! VERY clear … 3 rackings … next to nothing left behind on the bottom of the carboys …. 3 days shy of 10 months from start to bottle!!
I 💕❤️💕❤️ this hobby!!!!

On a side note … hand bottle corkers SUCK!!!!
I have a request to Santa for a Floor Corker!!

Here is Brew #3! This one is apple 🍎 wine 🍷 with Fleischmann’s Yeast. The other 2 batches are using Red Star Yeast. This brew is under 48 hours old.
