Good morning all, well we have a busy week with the trailer but all the equipment came in, I got the new water pump put in. We are gonna take this week off, maybe, to get everything put in. However if we are gonna be out then we will be at Ace Hardware in Evergreen this Friday and Saturday from 11am to 4pm. I'll let everyone know the closer we get. Have a wonderful and blessed day all.

Got the paperwork turned in to the health department yesterday for thr trailer, now er just wait to hear back from them. New water tank arrived today, just waiting on the new water pump so I can install it. The exhaust fan came today, now just waiting on the hood vent to get here so we can install that. Have the new flooring and paint ready to go. New electric griddle came yesterday, we now have all the cooking equipment. Everything is coming along nicely, just need to keep praying and giving all the glory to our Lord and savior Jesus for making this all happen. Just help with the prayers for us and in no time we should be out with the trailer.

Morning everyone, just a reminder we will be at Ace in Eveegreen today from 11am to 2pm today weather permitting it isn't looking good out there right now for us, but we will try to be there today.

UPDATE: We'll it's still raining here so it looks like we won't be out and about. I hate these days because we love being out there servingnup good food and seeing everyone. But we will be out tomorrow at Ace from 11am to 5pm weather permitting.
