Going to be an great event!

The Flathead Cherry Festival is happening this weekend, July 27-28th, in Downtown Polson. A jam packed weekend filled with talented artisans, tasty food, music, competitions and cherries, cherries, cherries!🍒 We’d like to introduce you to some of folks that will be making the Cherry Festival amazing.

R&W CHERRIES
R&W Cherries has been nestled on the east side of the serene Flathead Lake, just a quarter mile from Yellow Bay, for roughly ten years. With approximately 5,000 cherry trees, Robin and Ward Marshall own and maintain the R&W Cherries family enterprise. Our story didn’t start with R&W; its roots trace many years to the hours spent at great-grandmother’s family orchard. The most rewarding part of owning a cherry orchard goes beyond the multigenerational commitment to quality cherries – it lies in continuing the family legacy with our children and grandchildren each passing year. Known to the local farmer's markets for offering some of the best fresh Flathead cherries, R&W delights customers with a variety of sweet reds and beloved local Rainers, always accompanied by a smile and a playful dad joke.

We had an amazing weekend last week at the July 4th Parade in Bigfork and the Whitefish Arts Festival! Come out and see us at Arts in the park in Kalispell's Depot Park this weekend for your corn dog fix!

Hello Everyone!

I hope you all are having a wonderful summer. It is time to get Carl's Corn Dogs rolling for the busy summer. As many of you know Carl did sell the business. My name is Ryan and I have worked with Carl for many seasons and I am looking forward to providing you the same service you've come to know and expect from Carl. Not a thing will be changing with the business, same menu, same locations. Carl will still be making guest appearances at several events. I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone! Well the last stop on the Carl's Corn Dogs Farewell Tour is coming up this Labor Day Sunday at Bigfork's 15th Annual Rumble in the Bay Car Show in Downtown Bigfork. Show hours are from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM. We typically get almost 300 incredible vehicles there. The weather forecast looks awesome so we should have an awesome turnout of both vehicles and spectators. So come to my final Farewell Tour stop.

I had hoped to continue my Farewell Tour out at the Sweet Pickin's Pumpkin Patch the weekends of September and October. But they have increased their vendor selling fees so drastically that it is no longer viable for me to sell my corn dogs there. Sorry. So if you happen to go there, let them know that you miss me!

Thanks again to all of you who have supported me through the years and it has been nothing but an incredible ride and an absolute joy to get to knw each and every one of you. I truly hope to see you this coming Sunday in Bigfork.

We are off to Bigfork's 45th annual Festival of the Arts tomorrow and Sunday, Aug 5th and 6th. This is our home-town event in the community where we started. There are over 150 quality artists with some incredible works. The weather looks a bit ON and OFF, so be sure to check out the weather. But Saturday is looking awesome and we hope to see you there.

The CORNDOG FAREWELL TOUR continues and is off to Polson this weekend for their annual Cherry Festival. We will be in our 'usual' spot there in the Food Court at 3rd Avenue East and Main Street, across from Manny's Mom's Tacos. We'll be featuring our Flathead Cherry Lemonade as our contribution to the festival.

The Polson Cherry Festival is an incredible event with an entirely different set of artists than we see up in the Flathead. It is Saturday and Sunday only and has a TON of great food and artists. We hope to see you there. Here is a link to the Cherry Festival's website:

The following weekend (Aug 5th & 6th) we will be in Bigfork for our favorite event, the Bigfork Festival of the Arts. This is an awesome event and we have already sold-out artist spaces earlier than ever with a TON of INCREDIBLE artists. Absolutely one of our most favorite shows, and we've expanded the seating areas and added sound across the entire village! Well summer is definitely in full swing and here are food trucks all over the Valley. We are at the Hockaday Museum's arts in the Park this weekend in Kalispell. Hopefully go can come see us tomorrow. Our next event in in Polson at the Cherry Festival July 29th and 30th. we are then at the Bigfork Festival of the Arts Sat and Sun Aug 5th and 6th.

On a more serious note, I have decided to retire from the Corndog business. So I have the business up for sale, Elton John recently concluded his FAREWELL TOUR, and so I am starting mine. I was recently gifted a pair of Elton John sunglasses, and I include a few photos of these with this post. I am hopeful that I can see as many of you as possible in my few remaining shows.

I love it all and you have all been the best. Thank you for affording me all the fun that I've had on this 10 year runs of doing corn dogs.
